Tolle Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir waren überrascht wie gut alles ausgestattet war. DANKE

Ausgesprochen nette Gastgeber. Sie wohnen im Haus direkt nebenan, sind aber sehr zurückhaltend. Wenn man etwas braucht, sind sie aber sofort zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist beeindruckend. Es gibt alles , was man braucht und darüberhinaus. Eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Kaffeefilter, Spültabs, Abfallbeutel usw ist vorhanden. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Es liegt sehr ruhig. Ein gutes Restaurant ist fussläufig erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Für alles weitere braucht man ein Auto.

All you read about this house is true. And above that: the small village of Nenadici is a fine location to travel over Krk. In the house you find all you need and more. When we come back to Krk, we come back to this place!!

Top ausgestattetes, gepflegtes, wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Nette Gastgeber. Es war ein echt schöner Aufenthalt!

Dieses Haus sei jedem empfohlen, der ein vollständig ausgestattetes Haus abseits der Touristenmassen sucht: unheimlich gastfreundliche Vermieter, riesiger Oberkorb mit Kirschen und Erdbeeren vom eigenen Garten erwartete uns bei der Anreise. Von A bis Z ist im Haus alles vorhanden. Im Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Selbst sämtliche Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Mückenabwehr-Kerzen wurde gedacht. Das Auto kann man an einem schönen angelegtem Steinparkplatz direkt neben einem großen Feigenbaum abstellen. Auf dem Weg zum Haus kommt man direkt vorbei am eigenen überdachten Grillplatz. Dort findet man einen praktischen Gasgrill mit einer Metallgrillplatte, die unheimlich leicht zu reinigen ist. Nebendran eine Spüle und eine Massivholz-Garnitur. Im Haus gleich im Eingangsbereich rechts das 1. Bad, ein riesiger nach oben offener Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit ausziehbarer Eckcouch, Smart-TV mit sämtlichen Streaming-Diensten, darunter die WLAN-Box, die perfekten Internet-Empfang garantiert. Ein großer Esstisch und eine Küchenzeile mit sämtlichen Utensilien und Geräten. Nebenan der Abstellraum mit Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination in der eine umfangreiche Getränke-Auswahl und Frischmilch bereits bereitstand, Waschmaschine, Müll-Trennungs-Eimern und einem Regal mit weiteren Utensilien. Im EG befindet sich auch das abschließbare Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Einbauschrank. Nach oben in den offenen Schlafbereich mit Büroecke geht es auf einer Holzwendel-Treppe, die sich wunderbar in das Gesamtbild einfügt. Ein weiteres Bad befindet sich im Obergeschoss. Dort und auch im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine nagelneue Toshiba Klimaanlage mit zahlreichen Einstellfunktionen. Die erhöhte Terrasse ist nur vom Essbereich mit einer Schiebetür erreichbar. Umrahmt von einer schönen Brüstung steht dort ein großer Metall-Gartentisch mit 6 Stühlen und großen Sonnenschirmen. Auf der Wiese steht ein großes Trampolin und unter den Bäumen lädt eine Hollywood-Schaukel zum Verweilen ein. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen

Wir waren Ende Mai 2024 mit unseren 2 Kleinkinder bei Karla und Marino zu Gast. Es war wirklich wunderbar, das Haus ist absolut sauber und top in Schuss. Außerdem ist es auch bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt (Staubsauger, Babystuhl, Tupper, Müllbeutel, Smoothiemaker etc.). Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich (die Nachbarschaft ebenfalls). Wir kommen gerne wieder und können bedenkenlos 10 Sterne vergeben. LG Fam. Schuhmacher

Although we were already in love with the island of Krk, we are now also in love with this beautiful house. How lucky we were to stay here! It's beautiful! Fully equipped, neat, clean and wonderfully quiet. Communication with Karla and Marino was pleasant and friendly. We had a fantastic week. In combination with our sup boards, the nice weather and the blue water, it couldn't have been better. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved this house and its owners! If you are considering renting this house you absolutely should! We needed rescuing as we had technical issue at another Airbnb and had to move out due to the AC not working and they accommodated our last min request. We were greeted warmly by Karla and Marino who are the owners of the house. They had got us fruits, snacks, milk, wine and beer. And had the AC running so we entered a cooled house. it was 35 that day. House looked brand new because everything was immaculate and well taken care of. It had absolutely everything one would need including a FULLY kitted kitchen and bathrooms. Toys for the kids. Writing table with all your needs for the adults. Smart TV, good Wifi. I mean everything we could think of they had it. Karla and Marino gave us great recommendations and checked in on us every now and then to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you so much for everything we will see you the next time we are in Krk.

Casa completa di ogni accessorio e elettrodomestico. Frigor con acqua e vino, credenza con pane e biscotti. I propritari gentilissimi !

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Vermieter und deren Eltern wohnen direkt nebenan. Sie sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Gastfreundlichkeit wird sehr groß dort geschrieben. Von dem Ort aus gelangt man innerhalb von 30 Minuten überall hin auf Krk.

Z bivanjem v apartmaju smo bili zelo zadovoljni. Lastniki so bili izjemno prijazni in odzivni. Apartma je bil brezhibno čist, kuhinja pa opremljena z vsem, kar smo potrebovali. Uživali smo na terasi in vrtu, ki je bil idealen za sproščeno druženje. Klima v hiši je odlično delovala. Z veseljem priporočamo!

The house is lovingly furnished and really offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is very, very clean and well maintained. The location of the house is very quiet and ideal for exploring. A konoba is just a few minutes' walk away. The owners were super friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect, we felt completely at home.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Top ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Es waren 2 schöne Wochen voller Erholung und Ruhe. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

We spent a week in September at Holiday House TOIĆI. The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable for four people. The hosts took care of every detail of our stay — from the hassle-free key handover to the perfect cleanliness of every corner of the house and excellent equipment, providing everything we needed and even more. A pleasant surprise was the welcome treat. It’s a wonderful place for exploring many locations on the island of Krk, and the nearest beautiful beaches can be reached quickly.
